We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Window
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team at returns@atmos-nutrition.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Instructions
You will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address.
3. Ship Your Item
Pack your item securely and include the proof of purchase. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at returns@atmos-nutrition.com.
